All our inventory is curated and owned by us to ensure we produce the best outcome, every time.
We have in house removalists, and our own truck which means you are getting the best service at the best price and we will never let you down.

FAQs

Styling projects must be paid in advance to secure installation date. We are unable to reserve a date for you or go ahead with installation without:
> Returned Service Agreement
> Full payment in advance

We refer to "part styling" as "integrated styling" throughout our website. Our Integrated Styling packages are available to select clients upon site inspection & our approval process.

The property must be fully cleaned with clear access prior to installation. No other tradespeople or service providers can be on site during installation, nor may any tradespeople attend the property internally once styling has been completed.
Prior to work commencing the client is advised to remove any valuable or breakable personal belongings from the property. Elevate Studio accepts no liability resulting from damage or loss of personal property.
The client is responsible for arranging clear access for delivery and collection of the hired goods. If Elevate Studio employees or subcontractors are unable to gain access or access is limited or delayed for whatever reason, the client will pay additional costs incurred. These additional costs will be calculated at the rate of $120.00 per hour.
We use a professional picture hanger who will use fasteners (hooks, nails, screws, etc.) to hang wall art. We do not use adhesive hooks. It is not our responsibility to remove fixings or repair walls. If you do not wish to have art hung please inform us before installation.

The hire period may be extended by mutual agreement. Elevate Studio must be notified in writing of your intention to extend the hire period within 3 working days of your nominated auction or sale date. The cost of the hire for the extension period will be calculated using one (1) of the following two (2) options:
Option 1: 70% of the original hire charge to extend for a further 4 weeks.*
Option 2: 20% of the original hire charge per week. If the hire period is extended, then the client agrees to pay the agreed amount when invoiced.*
*We reserve the right to decline hire extensions.
